This form is for teams who have some type of team insurance & want to play in USA Softball events. Please note – this registration is ONLY valid for Spring/Summer of 2023.

REMINDER > ALL teams must have at least 2 Coaches who are SafeSport Certified & have passed the Background Check found on the RegisterUSASoftball.com website.

PLEASE NOTE > if your team intends to go to USA Softball Nationals – you must use the RegisterUSASoftball.com system to obtain USA Softball team insurance. The fee you pay online covers both the registration cost as well as the team insurance.
