UPDATED on 12/18/24 – The Coaches meeting will have to be changed. Date, time / location will be posted here 2 weeks prior to the event. Due to the passing of Coach Eakin and the Celebration of Life for him being on Jan 11th, we felt it was appropriate to move our meeting to another day. At the Coaches meeting we will introduce new programs and have a special guest speaker!
The annual meeting is free and open to the public. We encourage all teams to have someone attend the meeting to represent your organization and learn our new system.
Our meeting typically lasts for a 2 hours and includes program information, guest speakers & clinicians and many giveaways (including “free” tournament entries!). Be sure to check back for the date and time and send someone to represent your team!
