Concussion Training

USA Softball of Kansas City requires the following for all Youth teams:

1.  Teams must have 2 coaches who have taken the Concussion Training & have provided proof of the training.
2.  We accept current certificates of completion from the “Heads Up for Concussion” training found on the CDC website.
3. We accept current certificates of completion from the NFHS.
4.  We will provide printed documents if from the CDC on Concussion Training and then a quiz.  Coaches who return the quiz will meet the necessary requirement for their team.
